Since 2017, I have helped 100+ Owner/Operators see which customers matter most to their business, and how to build predictably profitable systems that best serve those customers. How I help the most is by supporting team members through the the process of organizational change.

My real-world work experience has shaped my ability to lead people and solve problems. Across industries, hierarchies, and generations, one thing remains constant: change is hard.

My unique blend of technical skills and practical experience is the Swiss Army Knife small businesses need to make change happen.
