My small business philosophy has always been simple: create value for customers.
Since 2017, I have helped 100+ Owner/Operators clearly see which customers matter most to their business, and, how to build predictably profitable systems that best serve those customers. But how I help most is by supporting their people through the process of organizational change.
I credit 20+ years of real-world work experience for my ability to lead people and solve problems. Across industries, hierarchies and generations, I know one thing is always true: change is hard.
My unique blend of technical skills and practical experience is the Swiss Army Knife small businesses need to actually make change happen.
My purpose is to empower teams to achieve mastery and breakthrough results. Emphasizing teamwork and communication, I have led teams with and without a title throughout my career.
Whether it’s managing clients and partners or when leading a classroom, I value discipline and perseverance — two qualities that all successful small business owners possess.
